“Comfortable but mattresses and bed linen prevent me from giving it a higher rating. If you are expecting very comfortable mattress and crisp white linen then you will be disappointed. Kitchen facilities are excellent. Living room furniture is also in good condition. Patio furniture could be more comfortable as in having a recliner”

“It is such a lovely and easy place to stay. It is very clean with all the items needed for a relaxing break away. Parking is easy and the countryside is beautiful, as are the flowers as you drive into the property and parking area. Judith and Richard are very welcoming and helpful with everything. I have stayed in their cottages a number of times and cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you”

“Otroligt fint läge. Villavagnen var fräsch och rymlig. Enda som möjligen saknades var utemöbler men det gick bra och plocka ut ett par stolar. ”

“We booked this caravan at chapple st leonards we had stayed in the same type in June the site is within easy reach of the beach and a 20 minute walk to the bus stop where you can get to Mablethorpe Skegness and Sutton on Sea for days out where the caravan site is there are 3 pubs fish and chip shop countless other shops and supermarket i will say the weather was great so that had a lot to do with our stay but would definitely go back 😀”

“Thie luxury caravan we stayed in was the best I've ever stayed in,lovely n clean beds very comfortable,everything working The lido is a fair size with sunloungers Apart from the lido n afew kids activities during the day there is literally nothing to do they do have nightly entertainment n bar/restaurant on site Im torn about this place and dont no if id return or not again Pet friendly”

“Lovely safari tent in a convenient and peaceful setting. Incredibly handy for National Water sports centre. Bed was comfy, great having separate rooms too. Worth noting that although there are toilets close by, the only showers are at the far end of the campsite so a few minutes walk away. Tent had a mini fridge and an electric kettle, but no gas hob or pans / crockery / cutlery / cups etc so need to take your own if planning on any cooking / hot chocolates etc.”
