“Nice property”

“Imponerande hotell med stora och fina rum (vi hade pool view). Fantastisk service av tillmötesgående personal som månade om att just vi hade det bra och fick våra behov uppfyllda! Helt underbara frukostbufféer, bra mat i restaurangerna men vi saknade hetta och kryddor i maten. Stort och fint hotell med ett flertal barer med fina drinkar, välskött trädgård och massor av rolig aktiviteter såväl på dagarna som på kvällarna av entusiasmerande och kunnig eventpersonal och skickliga artister! “Only complaint is the amount of seaweed on the beach. Approximately 10 to 12 feet of seaweed (sargassum) lined the entire shoreline and was rotting the entire time. I didn't seem like much effort was being put into clearing the shoreline during our stay. The rotting sargassum also produces an unpleasant odor that permeates the entire property. Also the potential for the seaweed situation is not highlighted in any way during the booking process. Would not recommend staying at this resort during...

“Fräscht hotell med trevlig personal! Bra utbud av restauranger, dock var ett par av dem något mediokra. Poolerna fina, drinkarna goda och allt fanns närs till hands! Både barn och föräldrar nöjda!”

“A great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy. The food was ok in the mexican and italian restaurants (according to our tastes), however it was really good in the steak house and the buffet restaurant. Note: the steak house requires prebooking. We missed a bit more greens and veggies in the evening snack bar. One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean)...
