“Great hotel, lonely located, empty, no activity by the evenings :( Great service, very expensive food and drinks. Tasty food. You should get all inclusive. Big plus that your allowed to make some food in the room with microwave and big fridge. Very hard beds :( Nice beautiful beach”

“Where to even begin about this property. We started our stay for four days and then went to go to Cozumel to dive. Our original plan was to go to Tulum after but we loved the Fairmont experience so much that we decided to come back after three days in Cozumel.
