This is a newly renovated beautiful and cozy 2 bedrooms apartment located in an amazing location with easy access to the city and rest of Brooklyn. 5-10 mins walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, public transportation and parks. Guests have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. Ideal for personal and business travel, you will have a comfortable stay at this home away from home!
The space
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our property. There are 2 stylish queen bedrooms suitable to 2-4 guests, large closet in each room. The living space is equipped with a sofa, coffee table, TV and dining area. Well-equipped modern kitchen with basic cooking tools. Brand new bathroom with stand-up shower and glass door. Big windows in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Hardwood floor throughout the apartment.

Please note that there are no TVs in the bedrooms, if having a TV in the room is important for you, please do not book our apartment :)

House Rule:

- No outdoor shoes inside the apartment. We have slippers in the apartment, but feel free to bring your own.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking including e-cigarettes inside the property.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No loud noise, or music.
- No illegal substances or activities allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.
- Avoid damage. Please treat our belongings appropriately, and we will charge you for damage caused by you.
- Always lock doors behind you. Doors can be locked by pressing the "Yale" bottom after the door is closed.
- Clean up the property before checkout.
- Please respect our neighbors.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes during your stay.
