The Space:
This family-friendly, 2-bedroom condo is located in the most exclusive residential area of the bay, El Tigre Golf and Country Club in Nuevo Vallarta.

Stay with us for 3-14 nights to unlock all the incredible amenities in the community for only $1,400MXN per adult per stay (subject to changes).

- A FULL GYM + a variety of classes such as yoga on the beach and at the sports center, Pilates, spinning class, and Zumba. An Olympic pool with water aerobics.
- KIDS WORLD: A kids-only pool with slides. An air-conditioned room with an inflatable castle, games, foosball and air hockey tables. Also, a great gym to play basketball and volleyball.
- POOL TABLES: 2 tables available at the Sports Center.
- BEACH CLUB - Daily water aerobics classes, yoga, as well as weekly Spanish classes and bingo games are taught.

- TRANSPORTATION SERVICE: The shuttle service will take you to the Sports Complex, Beach Club or Shopping Center, where you can buy groceries and other various items.

The main highlights of the condo:

The SITTING AREA features a comfortable L-shaped sofa that faces a flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY, which features cushioned seating.

The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare simple meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up.

The DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate 6 guests for sit-down meals and can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests as such:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, ensuite full bath, large walk-in closet, direct access to the balcony
Bedroom 2: 2 Double beds, TV, ensuite full bath, direct access to the balcony

Guest Access:
Guests have access to Paradise Plaza (mall) and the pool of the condominium, an area with tables, and lounge chairs. If you stay with us for 3-14 days you can also purchase access to the Beach Club, gym, courts, spa, and shuttle service.

The Neighborhood:
At El Tigre, there’s lots to see and do! Stop by Paradise Plaza, where you will find several shops and restaurants, including a grocery store, Starbucks, the "Buonissimo" ice cream shop, and a lot more. The community also offers amenities like the Kid’s World, tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a spa, just to name a few. Just note that access to certain areas of the complex has restrictions.

Getting Around:
The property is APPROXIMATELY 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

Other Things to Note:
Please note the base rate is for 4 guests, the 5th and 6th guests have an extra fee per night.
The condominium has its own pool and whirlpool.
Please note THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE for guests staying between 3-14 nights who decide to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club at an extra charge of $1,400 MXN per person, per stay (subject to changes). Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations.
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 14 kW are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
