“We had a great time! From check in to departure, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are large and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. All rooms are ocean facing, and we also had large balconies. We spent most of the time at the main pool. Breakfast: there is an extensive ala carte menu with tacos that are prepared to order. “The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

“Great hotel, lonely located, empty, no activity by the evenings :( Great service, very expensive food and drinks. Tasty food. You should get all inclusive. Big plus that your allowed to make some food in the room with microwave and big fridge. Very hard beds :( Nice beautiful beach”

“Vi har rest en hel del genom åren, men detta var utan tvekan vår bästa hotellupplevelse hittills. Fantastisk personal och från första stunden vi klev in på hotellet kände vi oss så omhändertagna och välkomna. Otroligt bra all inclusive och roliga aktiviteter som anordnas dagligen för både vuxna och bra. Vår son blev sjuk under resan och hotellet kunde anordna att såväl läkare kom till hotellet och att mediciner budades över från apoteket inom 20 minuter. Helt otrolig service! Vi längtar efter...

“Imponerande hotell med stora och fina rum (vi hade pool view). Fantastisk service av tillmötesgående personal som månade om att just vi hade det bra och fick våra behov uppfyllda! Helt underbara frukostbufféer, bra mat i restaurangerna men vi saknade hetta och kryddor i maten. Stort och fint hotell med ett flertal barer med fina drinkar, välskött trädgård och massor av rolig aktiviteter såväl på dagarna som på kvällarna av entusiasmerande och kunnig eventpersonal och skickliga artister!
