Las Palmas 28 is a beautiful three-bedroom Mexican style villa in Las Palmas, a sub-community in Punta Mita in the middle of the development close to most beach clubs and golf courses. A short drive from the house will take you to Pacifico Beach club, Sufi Ocean Club and Sea Breeze (St. Regis beach club). The house has beautiful golf views and partial ocean views from the pool area.

One King size bed, En-suite bathroom with outside shower, indoor shower, and bathtub.

- BEDROOM 3 - Sleep 4:
Two Queen size beds, En-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Good spot. Service falls short.

We have stayed in Punta Mita several times as a family, but this was the first time at this condo. First off, the listed price is misleading, because they try to add a “Service Fee” when you check out of 5% of the total. When I asked about it, they said it was mentioned in the VRBO listing, but we didn’t have to pay it if we didn’t think it was appropriate. VRBO had already charged a Service Fee. Shady!We never saw the property manager. He said he’d drop off our beach club access cards a few times, but he never did. That led to a bit of a hassle every time we went to a beach club, and they wanted to know why we didn’t have our cards. Housekeeper was great—worthy of tipping. The condo was good, too, save the deceptive listing (when we were settling up, the person checking us out told us they didn’t include the Service Fee I. The price because they “wanted it to look less expensive.”

Perfect Spot!

This house is in a perfect location to access all the amenities that Punta Mita has to offer. Additionally, it's quite entertaining to watch the morning golfers go by while sipping a cup of coffee and waiting for the rest of the gang to get ready for the day. The house is scheduled for a compete remodel which it does need to make it the perfect getaway spot!

This is the place in Las Palmas

Well I have stayed in several units in Las Palmas over the years and this one is the best I have ever stayed in. I could write a laundry list as to why this is the best unit in Palmas but just trust me this is the unit you want.
