“We checked in on Monday. got a room in the main Motel 6 building 2nd floor with no balcony. The room we booked and expected had been advertised to be one of the rooms in a separate 1 story building with a balcony; listed under a different owner’s name-Belvilla, it appeared to be a remodeled version of a room we stayed in years ago. The front desk at motel 6 had our reservation and said the remodeled rooms in the separate building were booked.

“The bed was raised, and I could not get into it. The tub is very deep, and it was difficult to step over the side. There were no tissues, so I used toilet paper. Trains/trolleys ran right outside the window late at night.”
