“House was clean and extremely comfortable. We were in Ames to attend ISU Graduation and opened the door to "Congrats Grad" banner which I found amazing. House is located in a quiet neighborhood short distance from campus. Easy check in and out. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. “7 moms stayed at this house for our sons fraternity’s Mom Weekend. The house was a perfect set up and all of the extras the host does is amazing! We arrived to donuts and an amazing coffee bar. It was great. The parking was a little difficult with 7 of us and having 1 parking spot and with Ames set up of alternating parking but we made it work. It’s just a little extra work moving cars. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!”

“Don’t be mislead by the age of the house; it was impeccably clean and organized. The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly.”
