Excellent service, hotel and staff!!

Allt var toppen! Mycket bra centralt läge vid stranden. Sedan en generell kommentar och det gäller nog inte bara det här hotellet. Förstår inte varför frukosten ska vara så dyr.

A beautiful hotel situated with a fantastic view of Lotte Tower. Room really nice. Luxury! The personnel very kind and helpful. Should be treated better by some of the guests!!! They are doing a marvelous job! As a foreigner in this country I am impressed of the service.

Nice hotel, quiet area. Bed was smaller than expected but generally nice, it was hot so we didn't use the balcony. Only bad thing was that they switched off the aircon funtion in the morning so before we checked out it was very hot in the room. Breakfast was also really nice, worth the money even for kids. Free wifi and parking. A quiet area so we could sleep well.

Bästa hotellet jag bott på. Var min 40årsdag och hotellet gav mig en present och hade ordnat ett otroligt rum. Längtar tills jag kommer tillbaka!

Great hotel, felt very clean and comfortable! Good service. The location is good with restaurants and shops in the area. Takes about 35-40 minutes to areas like myeongdong but the subway is really easy once you get the hang of it. :) Would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Underbar personal

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room was very spacious but was showing some slight signs of aging. Decent location within walking distance of the historical districts and sights
