-CONSTRUCTION
Tulum is a destination that is currently experiencing real estate growth, so it is important that you know that in all areas there are constructions around and there may be dirty roads.
Construction hours are typically 9am to 5pm, but may occasionally be extended from 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.
Depending on the stage of construction, there may be loud and disturbing noise.
-FAUNA-
In Tulum we have a great diversity of species such as turtles, jaguars, tropical fish, birds, rodents and insects.
Due to the vegetation we have, the climate, and the constructions, you may find some visitors, this has nothing to do with dirt, far from it, they are simply in their habitat that they share with us, they are not dangerous.
-BASIC SERVICES-
Tulum is experiencing great growth for which it was not originally designed and in which the government and service companies are working to improve but for the moment it is possible that services such as water, electricity, internet, may be interrupted due to situations such as weather or maintenance of suppliers and this is completely out of our control.
Sometimes they let us know in advance and we will notify you in as soon as possible, but many other times they happen without prior notice.
Please be sure that we will make everything that is in our hands to help you have the best stay possible, but we ask your compehension as well sice there are situations that are simply beyond our control.
