As a guest you have access to the common areas in the complex and private access to the unit with a terrace with an exterior bathtub.

As a guest you have access to the common amenities of the condo, such as:

- Temazcal: Steam bath from the Mayan culture for purification and connection with nature.
- Outdoor and covered pool to cool off.
- Yoga Tower to revitalize body and mind.

All communication must be done through messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

Privileged area 10 minutes from the beach of Tulum.

We suggest renting a bicycle, motorcycle or car; In the area there are many places where you can rent them or we can arrange it before your arrival if you prefer.

We include 10 KW per night during your stay. In case to go over we charge $8 MXN per extra KW. We take a picture of the meter on your check in and on the check out to verify the consumption, you have access to the meters anytime.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.
