The space
Our residence is meticulously crafted to offer the ultimate haven of tranquility, generously accommodating your entire group with ample space and private parking facilities. The abode spans an expansive 500 square meters.

The outdoor expanse boasts an array of amenities, including abundant sun loungers, an exquisite rooftop area, an outdoor kitchen and bar, as well as twin pools.

The lower-level pool is refreshingly deep and basks in plentiful sunlight. Meanwhile, the rooftop pool provides an idyllic nighttime setting to unwind under the stars. Its more intimate size ensures year-round warmth.

Inside, the house embraces an open-plan design that bathes in natural light. The primary communal space graces the ground floor, encompassing a well-appointed kitchen, a dining and living area anchored by an ample granite table seating 8, a commodious and plush sofa paired with a smart flat screen TV, a convenient half-bathroom for guests, and a regal king-sized bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom.

On the lower floor:

Bedroom 1: Featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, a fully appointed en-suite bathroom with a shower, and an expansive closet furnished with abundant shelving and hangers.

On the upper floor:

Bedroom 2 - The Master Bedroom: A haven of indulgence boasting a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, a capacious closet, and a charming terrace.

Bedroom 3: Graced with a king-sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom, accompanied by a spacious closet.

Laundry Room: Equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 4: Adorned with a king-sized bed, a full en-suite bathroom, a closet, and an inviting terrace.

Each of our beds is adorned with high-quality sheets, pillows, and blankets. For your convenience, we provide a selection of bath and beach towels, along with 100% cotton bed linens. Moreover, robust air conditioning is available in all rooms to ensure your comfort.

Our standard check-in time is 3 pm, while check-out is scheduled for 10 am. However, should there be no overlapping guests on the same day, we are open to accommodating flexible check-in and check-out times upon request.
Guest access
Guests enjoy unrestricted access to the entire residence, encompassing the private garden and pool area. Additionally, our opulent concierge service stands ready to curate an elevated experience, facilitating reservations for esteemed restaurants, transportation arrangements, beach club access, yacht excursions, guided tours, and an array of bespoke activities, all catered to their preferences and desires.

When you venture to the beach you'll do it in style with exclusive membership of MIA beach club where you can enjoy use of their beach, sun loungers , free parking.

Beach club membership is free for the duration of your stay with us.
MIA beach club access includes free beach beds and free parking.
