“Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!”

“The rv was perfect for us. Great location with the tranquil creek running by the back of rv. We barbecue and used the fire place outside. The rv was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We will like to come back.”

“We were very pleased with the location, customer service and accommodations at Rivercation. For our large group, everyone had a bedroom with their own bathroom. We were all impressed with the house and all it had to offer. Situated on the river was wonderful- relaxing to sit and listen to the water and a convenient spot to fish. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Gatlinburg Convention center (about 1 1/2 miles). Blake was responsive and helpful with messages. We would definitely stay here...

“Our family vacation included a wide age range of people and everyone had a great time here! Only problems were one squeaky, uncomfortable bed out of the 8 bedrooms. Also, you have to make your own beds upon arrival. Otherwise, plenty of space! 2 refrigerators and dishwashers. The golf cart was a life saver getting to the dock and back. Everything was clean and the property manager/ owners were very responsive! We want to stay there again!”

“The porch was the best part! What a great daybed swing for lounging! I also played darts. The location is only a short drive to everything. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. There was a glitch with the WiFi and therefore tvs when we first got there but the owner’s helped take care of it quickly. My only real feedback to take the review to the highest would be to do something to ensure the upstairs bedroom stays cool. With only one hvac unit in 3 stories being on the bottom we...
