Gravity Zone

I was visited this hotel for 7y ago. And I wanted back, but what I found this time was a so big disappointment. The hotel is really falling apart. Things in the room are old! I arrived at the hotel at 12pm. All I wanted was a shower and sleep. But was no towels there. I had to call two times to get them. I meet just one guy at the reception desk what was really nice. Sad he did not have a name on, I wanted thank him. The other people working there could not even say hello. Like this girl at the breakfast, Nancy, she did not even answer if I told her something. Not even a smile. Laura was nice. Breakfast poor, butter was “not available” one day. ☺️ So sad! They could do so much better than that. Change manager, fire some people and start again. The hotel have so much potential: good position, nice design.
