“Excellent location for visiting Haleakala NP. The drive for a sunrise reservation was not difficult at all and was fairly close. It was also easy to get down into town to the Target and other stores but was nicely located in a residential neighborhood on the slopes in Up Country. The host was communicative and helpful. The B&B was nicely decorated with unique and beautiful furniture and very clean and very organized. Everything is helpfully labeled. We would definitely consider staying here...

“We stayed 5 nights at A Beautiful Edge of the World B&B and were pleasantly surprised by the service at this beautiful 2-story house in the middle of the Kona jungle, just a few minutes from Mamalahoa HWY (HWY 11). Every morning we were served an amazing breakfast of eggs, pancakes, or toast, always including fresh fruits (mango, papaya, pineapple, banana) and freshly brewed Kona coffee, both grown locally at the ranch. “This place was great! Delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, great location. Really enjoyed watching the owners chickens and listening to birds and frogs at night. General store and brewery/restaurant one block away. ”

“Pros: This is our first time staying at a lodge like this, so close to nature, just like camping. You will hear coqui frog whole night & seeing them jumping next to your door step. Animals free roaming, peacocks, ducks, chicken. Kids loved it. Cons: There is barely any light at night in the Property…so if you come back late, it’s a bit challenging to find your cabin.”
