“El complejo es muy bonito, la temperatura del agua de la alberca está ideal. Yo llevaba un bebé de 4 meses y pude meterlo a la alberca. La comida es buena y la habitación es de buen tamaño, camas y almohadas muy cómodas. La atención de María Dorantes fue excelente, siempre me ayudó cuando tenía alguna necesidad:”

“WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.”

“We had a great stay in Family Selection area. Our butler Victor was the best part. The food was great, the beach was beautiful and the resort was pristine. The only thing I would change is more waiter service at the main pool and more bartenders at the swim up bar to speed up service. We will be back!”

“Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over.”
