"Only had two days in Tokyo and checked in Friday night, easy and quick and the staff was very attentive and kind. the room had a great view and the beds were very comfortable. The scent in the hotel is lovely! The area is nice and quiet with lot's of restaurants and a brisk 25min. walk to Tokyo Tower. Easy access to the metros blue and orange line which we used to get around the city was very convenient. Especially the orange line (Ginza). Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that "

"Bra bekvämlighet. De kunde ta hand om bagaget innan check in tiden så man kunde lämna bagaget och gå ut på staden direkt utan att behöva släpa på sitt bagage runt Tokyo. Tågstation finns på väldigt kort gångavstånd med Yamanote linjen som leder till Shinagawa och Tokyo stationerna på bara något enstaka stopp."

"Var bra men hade kanske valt ett annat läge då det inte låg så mycket just runt hotellet. Dock bra restauranger runt stationen. Rummet var lite varmt och satte man på AC på 23 grader blåste det för kallt så lite svårt att reglera. Underkapacitet på hissarna och ofta lång väntan. Trappor inget alternativ när man bor på 19 våningen… frukosten bra men samma varje dag så lite tråkigt när man bodde 6 nätter. Något kunde bytts varje dag för lite mer variation. Spa i bottenvåningen var fantastiskt och inget jag hade planerat att använda men efter att provat blev det en skön avslutning på dagen när man gått mycket "

"Well located hotel in Shinjuku. It’s important to know that the rooms are small. We were aware of this, but still had to puzzle a bit to be able to unfold our luggage in a comfortable way. Surprisingly large bathroom with both bathtub and shower, which was a nice surprise. Can get a bit rowdy around the hotel, which is the case for the whole area in general. Close to the station which also has direct trains to Narita if you fly in via that airport. Perfect hotel for those who will not spend too much time in the room, but has all the amenities and is easily located to get around Tokyo. Also, very good price."
