It Bulding offers an amazing rooftop pool and free parking.

It is located 2 minutes from the famous 5th avenue and only 1 minute from the beach. You can also find different restaurants and a beach club nearby.
The space
The apartment is located in the IT Building Condominium and is equipped as follows:

- Spacious room with a beautiful view of the balcony
- Open kitchen with high-quality kitchenware.
- Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven
- Smart TV in the living room with Netflix pre-installed
- Fast internet available throughout (100 MBPS)
- Exclusive workspace in the room
- Master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom
-Second bedroom with queen bed and separate bathroom
- Beach towels are provided for all our guests.
- AC is available throughout the apartment.
Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to my apartment in which I like to have guests when I am not in Mexico. the unit is equipped with everything you need to have a long or short stay, the rooms are spacious and have good storage space. The internet is fast and ideal for working from home.

The unit has excellent amenities such as:

-Swimming pool
- Free parking for 1 vehicle
- Access to the public beach within a 2-minute walk and to 3 of the best beach clubs (Martina, Mandarina, and Encanto Beach)
- Free cabana pass at Martina Beach Club
- Discount at Bio Natural and Bajo Cafe

I will be here to help you with everything you need during your stay.
Other things to note
I offer a self-check-in for your convenience, which means you can check in anytime after 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Apartment 102 is located in a condominium that only opens with a digital password. Instructions to open the front door via the digital lock will be sent to you prior to your arrival and our team will remain available if you need anything.

I kindly ask you to keep the place in the best possible conditions as if it were your home since it is mine. In addition, parties are not allowed in the apartment and we ask you to respect the tranquility of the other residents, especially in the afternoons.

We ask that you turn off the air conditioning and all the lights when it is not necessary inside the apartment; The apartment has an energy meter and 10KWH per day is granted free of charge, what exceeds it will be deducted from the guaranteed deposit. The cost if you exceed the daily limit is USD $0.15 / per KWH.

For monthly stays, the electricity payment will correspond from the day of your check-in until the day of your check-out.

Double booked!

We rented this house as a last minute resource due to having have booked 2 properties that were no longer available. This was our third attempt and we had the same problem. Luckily the host was able to offer us another place and since we needed a place to a stay i couldn't say no. The house we rented was a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. She was only able to offer me a 1 bedroom, one bathroom apartment that was nice, but very small for my family and for the same price. BE AWARE, THIS PROPERTY MIGHT SHOW AS AVAILABLE EVEN IF IT'S NOT. But at least the host was very easy to get intouch with.
