“The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. “We had a wonderful time at Casa Tortuga! Perfect location and space for our 10 guests ranging from ages 15-45. Samuel and Marisola are angels from heaven that made our stay very memorable and special!! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and had great family connection time. Every meal was delicious and the housekeeping made it a very relaxing trip!There are many nearby Cenotes and ruins that are worth visiting.We will definitely come back but not in sargasso season! ”

“Lovely position with plenty of outside space for eating and sitting in a hammock and lying in the sun overlooking the beach. We were able to wander down the beach yo the Jungle Fish beach bar for supper if we wanted to eat out. A real highlight was snorkeling nearby with Green Turtles. The owner Jacob was very attentive and he and the groundsman Edgar did everything they could to make sure we had everythjng we needed including clearing the seaweed from the beach for us.Thank you”

“We were 2 families with kids 5 kids between 4 and 12 years old.The house is amazing, 2 floors, lots of sofas, tables, chairs and great design, full of beautiful details. “Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge. “Absolutely loved! The rooms were all nice. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The whole house was was very clean. The lagoon was so nice to swim in. We saw so many different types of fish. The water was clear. We had such a nice time. We also went swimming with the turtles at Akumal Beach. It was amazing and close to the house. We saw so many turtles and fish. The cleaning lady was so nice and very helpful giving us ideas of places to go.”
