Villor i Puerto Aventuras

“Beautiful property with a spectacular view! We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for out large group! Our only issue was it was s bit hot inside the house when we arrived. No central A/C. Mini splits in each room worked well but took a while to cool off. Parts of the house stayed warm, mainly upstairs hallway. Would definitely stay again! Beach club within walking distance was sn awesome bonus!”

“Amazing stay, super easy and onsite staff to assist with any questions.”

“Travail parfait de la directrice de l’auberge Emanuel Conseil et astuce en abondance Mon deuxième séjours À recommander Stef ! ”

“Cool house with plenty of space for friends and family. Not super decked-out and minimal amenities but clean and tidy and comfortable. Great customer service too.”

“The house was fantastic. It was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The back yard is something special with a lovely nice sized pool and hot tub. In terms of the host, they were extremely responsive to even the smallest question or issue that might have come up. Beth who was our house manager was friendly, organized, responsive and made sure that our stay went smoothly. Also, the location is beautiful with easy walks to the gym, shopping, and the beach. “The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious. It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .”

“Our stay at Casa Escosa was just as we imagined it! This is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed in. Elder and Elda were wonderful, prompt, professional, and very attentive. The beds were comfortable. We have unfortunately stayed during a bit of a cold snap, and the pool is not heated, and so we were not able to use it as much as we wanted. Everything else was fabulous. There are several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive, without having to go into Tulum. For a...

“Very big homeFurniture looks dated and could use some upkeep from kitchen sink being shaky to loose toilet. Host was very responsive and eager to help out with any questions or doubts I had about the home or services provided. Thanks Valentina We had a wonderful time in our stay.”

“The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. ”

“Wonderful location ”

“The house was incredible - exactly as pictured, but somehow even more beautiful in person! The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and fully enjoy the property without needing to go out. We hired a private chef one night that the property owners recommended, and she was incredible! There is a lot of natural light thanks to all the windows, while the greenery still gives it a very private and secluded feel. The gated community also felt very safe, with security and plenty...
