“The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. ”

“Our stay at Casa Escosa was just as we imagined it! This is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed in. Elder and Elda were wonderful, prompt, professional, and very attentive. “Cool house with plenty of space for friends and family. Not super decked-out and minimal amenities but clean and tidy and comfortable. Great customer service too.”

“We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called.”

“The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .”
