“Okay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars...

“We love the location, we got two rooms with balcony one, the door opened to see outside which it was wonderful, the other one was broken, we arrived late and missed to call maintenance to get it repaired. The staff was very nice and professional, we walked to restaurants and saw cruise ships arriving to the port from our balcony.The rooms were beautiful and spacious! We highly recommend this hotel. No parking however the hotel routed us to a public parking and gave us a discount for it. ”

“ The check in was smooth and seamless. Shout out to Ashley at the front desk as she went above and beyond for my birthday. She made me feel very special and made sure I had a room that was ready. The room was modern, clean and spacious A little disappointed in the weak drinks at the bar and the food was OK. And the service could’ve been better.
