âOkay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars...
âHotellet lĂ„g extremt lĂ„ngt utanför stan och det var jĂ€ttesvĂ„rt och dyrt att ta sig runt OM man inte har bil. Stranden var inte alls bra utan man fĂ„r ta sig ca 30 minuter med bil till en mycket bĂ€ttre eller gĂ„ 15 minuter till en som var helt okej. Killen i receptionen var dock extremt hjĂ€lpsam och erbjöd vĂ€ldigt god service sĂ„ tack vara han blev inte vĂ„ra nĂ€tter dĂ€r sĂ„ tokiga trots allt.â
âSuch friendly staff. The room was always so clean. They even folded our pjs and made the bed with the soft blanket underneath that they usually put on top of the bed. In perfect walking distance of the fort and castle and various delicious dining and bars. â

It can sleep up to 26 people or so. Is very clean and very close to the punta Salina beach (2 miles) the beach across the highway is nice but very dirty with trash and debri. âVilla Herencia is ideally located in old San Juan, and the hotel building has a long history, apart from being one of the most beautiful hotels weâve ever visited.

âI would recommend this to ANYONE going to San Juan. First of all, location. In Old San Juan, right next to the Cathedral and a block from La Fortaleza, EVERYTHING is within walking distance. Second, it is BEAUTIFUL. The yellow color, the archways, the atrium and open-air restaurant, gorgeous foliage all around. The rooms are lovely too with high ceilings and spacious bathrooms. Third, the rooftop pool and bar is unique and so relaxing. Fourth, sister privileges at the Marriott in Isla...
âWe have not hot water. Last night it was late so quick splash in shower and out. There is still no hot water. Went to desk this morning and they said no one would be in to help until after 8:15amâ
