How the Club Punta Mita Access Fee Will Work
A flat per-person fee will be charged once per rental stay, for stays of up to 30 days.

LAS MARIETAS at the Punta Mita Resort is an elite enclave of only 42 residences located adjacent to the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Bahia golf course and named for its incredible views across the Pacific Ocean to the Marietas Islands.

It consists of seven residences per building, only two per level with elevator access, underground parking and owner’s storage space. Ideal location within Las Mariatas! Eli, our concierge was fantastic! It was the post Christmas holiday week & he was always available for a question or to make us a last minute reservation. This unit has a wonderful view - you can be sure to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Super clean and beautifully furnished, this is an open layout home that will enhance your Punta Mita getaway. Fatima the housekeeper is a gem - do not hesitate - this condo is wonderful.

golf sun repeat 2024

there was a few repairs to the bathroom that were addressed right away but were definitely an issue at first.The ice machine in the fridge didn't work right away.AND...my wife got food poisioning from the Deck Restaurant at the Bahia golf course on day 3. This was not ideal.Golf was beautiful, but expensive and the necessity of having a golf cart was nice..but couldn't be here without it. The beach clubs were very busy, and the minimum fees charged at some of the clubs were really high. Reservations for the beach club are only available to owners so you are at the mercy of the busy club. Service there was great and the food was mediocre. We went to town most nights to eat - really enjoyed the Asian food at the Four Seasons and would go back again for that. Although they said the reservations were full until 845 and when we arrived at 830 the restaurant was basically empty. Overall we went for golf and that was pretty awesome, but NOT cheap.

The best family vacation!

It was our first time to Punta Mita and we all had the best time. Everything was top notch. Eli checked us in and showed us everything in detail. The housekeeper/chef was the nicest lady who made the best breakfasts for us every morning. We beach club hopped and had the best time. We will be back!

Sublime week

It was rare to have all four (parents and adult kids) of our schedules align between work and school so spending a week together in paradise at a fantastic property made it all more precious. The quiet three bedroom condo situated with amazing ocean view was quite a treat. Everything worked perfectly and access to the beach clubs, resort properties, and small town were outstanding!

Awesome Punta Mita place & location

We loved our stay at Casa Maya in Las Mariettas. The view from lanai cannot be beat and the property is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The plunge pool looking out at the sea was so nice. The location is phenomenal if you want to surf St Regis reef or El Faro, and Sufi is across the road for the beach club and dinner. Compliments to Samantha the property manager and Nubia (Chef/housekeeper), who made our stay wonderful.

Condo Maya

We had an absolutely wonderful Spring Break at Condo Maya!! Our Concierge Eli was so thoughtful and kind and answered all of our questions and helped with arrangements. Our housekeeper, Nubia, made us delicious breakfasts and kept our condo crisp and clean. The plunge pool was such a lovely later afternoon treat. We love the Las Marietas community and Condo Maya! I hope we get to return again soon!

Great property

Condo Maya was an awesome experience. Samantha has so much patience and Nubia made our stay so comfortable. The property is so clean with great location. It is so nice having the golf cart. The access to the clubs is a great plus if you rent condo Maya. You have fun for all the ages. We stayed with 4 young adults who enjoyed the waves of the surf club The condo has a nice view and a pool where you can see the sunset while having a drink. It is worth it for the price.
