“Nice hotel in a perfect location. Spacious room for a family of four. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and waterfront. A bit tricky to find the location by car, since the GPS showed us the way to the underground of the hotel.”

“Bra beläget hotel men det är allt. Rummen var smutsiga och fönsterna gick knappt att se igenom. Badrummet var fräscht och likaså sängen var bekväm. Det finns mycket att förbättra med detta hotell. Jag utgick från betygsättningen och har i efterhand svårt att förstå hur hotellet haft så högt betyg. Bemötande av gäster som ska checka in är under all kritik. Inte ens ett hej och välkommen utan bara ett ”name”. Hade servicen varit bra hade man kunnat tänka sig att man hade kunnat ha överseende...

“Bra hotell, framförallt bra läge centralt med gångavstånd till mycket. Bodde på 20:e våningen med fin utsikt över staden. Tyvärr var frukosten ganska trist och framförallt var allt på frukosten inpackat i förpackningar och till det användes engångstallrikar och plastbestick. Det drar ner betyget. Det tar mellan en vecka och tio dagar att få tillbaka depositionen vilket är rätt skumt.”

“The position of the hotel is fantastic. The staffs at the desk were helpful and their services were wonderful and appreciated . However there were dust and stain on furnitures and countertop and the the call reciever at the housekeeping was not so helpful in the beginning. Contemporary interiordesign, complementary coffe and tea, space and comfortable soffas made the lobby the main attraction at the hotel. The room was good. “The hotel is well located, the room was clean and spacious and personnel helpful. However, some downsides as well. The toilet was not working well. The breakfast was advertised a lot but it was very basic and served on plastic dishes, which left an unpleasant feeling”
