“Near of the beach "La Ropa", it takes 5 minutes walking there, no need of communication with staff, they give you the keys for locked doors and open anytime. Very safe place, the best for relaxing. I did not hear any noise after 10pm.”

“Great space and a value if you are not looking for a ton of amenities. It took us a day to figure out, but there is a community refrigerator, freezer and kitchen area that can be shared by all guests. Having a coffee maker and bottled water dispenser on site would have been great, but we adjusted. It was very serene and safe. Would consider returning in the future. ”

“The hotel was filthy, cockroaches everywhere in the reception and hallway (not in the room though, what I could see). The bedsheets had stains on them and the room felt dirty in generell. Also the staff tried to give us a inferior room at first, but we stood up, saying that it was not what we payed for. So evetually we got the room we´ve pree-booked, but the guy got pretty grumpy about it. It was really not a good hotel experience at all. I strongly recommend others to choose another hotel.”

“It was a perfect place for what I needed: a place for a couple of nights until thebrest of my party arrived and we continued on to our final destination. “There are many better choices for places to stay in Troncones where the staff and management care about the wellbeing of the guests and the upkeep of the property.
