âVery impressed with Ruby Zoe Hotel. I traveled alone and felt very safe at the hotel and in the area. The hotel was located just outside of the most touristy city center so it was calm but easy and quick to get to all parts of the city.
Easy check in (self check in but staff available to help) and the room was exactly like the pictures. The bed was amazing, so comfortable and the bedding really made it the most comfortable bed Iâve had in a hotel (quite soft bed for reference).

âWe really enjoyed our stay at Mason & Fifth - Westbourne Park! The amenities were wonderful with the listening room, pool, gym and bikes that we borrowed to ride around Hyde Park. The room had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when visiting London. The only negative was the Westbourne Park tube stop does not have an elevator...so had to carry our large luggage up and down stairs. Otherwise, perfect! Thank you!â

âJag var dĂ€r en del av tiden tillsammans med nĂ„gon, och en del av tiden sjĂ€lv. MĂ„let med resan var att uppleva London.
Rummet var rent och fint, med nytvÀttade lakan och handdukar. DÀr finns gratis wifi, kylskÄp, vattenkokare och goda förvaringsmöjligheter. Enda nackdelarna med rummet var att vi hade fÄtt lite snÄlt med toapapper för en hel veckas vistelse, duschen gick inte att ta ner och rummet blev ganska varmt. Sedan lÀmnade brandsÀkerheten en del att önska. Rummet var nere i en kÀllare....
âI loved it! The nices staff, comfterable, cozy and beautiful room. Good area, only 1 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate underground station, and only a few minutes to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. A big bonus that the reception is open 24/7.
They cleaned the room very well every day, and I had a water boiler, tea and coffee in the room.
Only minus is that the walls are thin, but since the area is calm it's no real problem. But an advice is to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

âWe really liked the Henry. Its was very clean and nice personnel. A small coffe shop in the lobby with pay for breakfast but also surrounded by other coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to the heart of the city via Lancaster gate underground.â
âThe residence was a short walk from Paddington station and Kensington gardens. The residence itself was small (as to be expected in London) but manageable for 3 adults. Absolutely gorgeous and modern feeling.â

"The room was ok and bigger than expected. however, not renovated. The bed was to hard and the pillows was too hard.
The staff in the reception could be a bit more welcoming. It is the first hotel we have stayed in that we could not borrow a glass from the bar. We could only get small and cheap plastic glassed to bring to the room.
But, overall, we had a good stay!

I opted out of cleaning during my three night stay as it didnât feel necessary (got a voucher to the bar as thanks) but the room was very well cleaned when I arrived so that was not a problem at all. The only thing I could say was that the bathroom smelt a little bit moist. Nothing that I worried about, just mildly noticeable when going into the bathroom. No smell in the rest of the room though!
I had some problem with the pump on the soap, but I asked the reception if they could look at it on my way out for the day and when I returned it was fixed. Very pleased with the customer service of the hotel.
I would highly recommend staying at the Ruby Zoe Hotel in Notting hill and I will definitely come back again in the future!"
