“Can absolutly recommend this hotel,stayed in a nice queen room with a wonderful view of the sea. “Good hotel, not too much entertainment, but dining options were nice, staff friendly, property was clean. I only stayed 4 nights and went on daily tours, so I didn’t get to use spa or gym etc., however, I checked them out and they looked nice .”

“Överlag är vi nöjda. Incheckningen gick smidigt om än väldigt liten lobby/reception. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Storleken på rummet var väldigt bra, dock kunde de vara lite sega på städningen av rummet men fullt förståeligt med tanke på antal rum. Frukost och middagsbuffé restaurangen var väldigt liten med tanke på antal gäster och det blev väldigt högljutt och rätt stökigt. “Real bad price value ratio. Staff unfriendly, especially management. Service really bad for a high star hotel. Beds unmade when we arrived in the middle of the night, took 30 mins to get someone to do them. To few elevators to cater for all guest with horrible waiting times as result. Everything at hotel is at rip off prices, like a bag of Cheetos for 14 dollar in the hotel mini market”

“Perfect location, the beach was great. You could easily walk to a beautiful cenote nearby. We only had breakfast and it was nice with a great variety of things to eat. The poolarea was fine, although it was crowded at times and loud music, we like to listen to the ocean instead. It was an easy walk to all the restaurants and shoppingarea- Quinta Avenida and that was perfect. The staff was nice and helpful. ”

“Lo único que me parece molesto de este lugar es que quisieran hacerme una supuesta invitación, pero el chico de recepción me comentó: mi compañero los llevará a su habitación lo cual no fue así, su compañero nos llevó pero a una mesa a tratar de convencernos de una invitación y perdimos al rededor de 30-40 minutos ”

“Place is great! Was a last minute trip and I’m not disappointed. Getting around is very easy with the help of all the carts around, I was just very surprised that the pools closed down at 6pm/1800hrs still plenty of daylight and energy to go around. ”

“Charming if slightly jaded hotel on a rocky beach. We picked it largely because of reviews claiming it had very good beach snorkling. Experienced divers and snorkelers will find that it has not. Only a couple of small live coralheads, admitedly a variety of smaller fish but mostly rocks and dead coral. The current can also be strong at times and the site is not ideal for children snorkeling. Annoying water scooters disturb the peace at times. The food is very good "americanized" mexican cooking...

"We stayed one night at this hotel with our baby and it was great! It so beautiful right on the beach and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffé was super yummy and the omelette station is a BIG favourite!"

"The rooms were nice and clean with beautiful view of the beach. Comfortable bed but pillows were very hard and thick. Nespresso coffee available in the room and minibar was included. We had to change our room after first night because it was a connecting door between us and the next room and the neighbors were partying and waking us in the middle of the night. We had to call the reception to come and tell them to be quiet. In the morning we asked for a room with no connecting door and the reception changed it for us. The food and alcohol at the hotel is average and of cheap quality, especially the beef was ”glued beef” and the steak had very soft texture and didn’t taste beef. The breakfast buffet was good and good coffee. Good coffee is hard to find in Cancun and Tulum. Beautiful beach and nice pools. Yoga sessions by the beach in the mornings and nice gym. Friendly staff and good location and easy to take the local bus to Cancun centre. "
