“The amenities are sub par. The accomodation is advertised as a townhouse with cookware and a kitchen. However there is nothing to cook with in the kitchen besides a micro wave, no kitchen sink etc... this is not a kitchen but what you get in a hotel room and that was the main disappointment. “We arrived at midnight and the property didn't provide us with alarm code. We have two small kids that travelled from Canada to Australia and had to put them to sleep with alarm blasting. That night was very stressful. Also the lock on the door was unreasonably noisy and beep constantly. The condition of the house and yard was great.”

“Communication was a bit poor. When we arrived we had no idea where to find the key. Tried calling, no answer so we spent 10 minutes looking by around. No one ever called back. The best could be more comfortable but they def aren’t the worst. Besides the poor communication everything else was fine. ”
