“Secrets claimed this is a "New" property, only part of the building is new and that area is reserved for their "Preferred club members". So the rest of the building has had some updates and it's OK, but not NEW. Very disappointed in their claims. Some of the staff seem to have a distinct problem with what a 'proper dress sandal is' My wife wore the same dress sandal to 6 restaurants and never had a problem. “The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...
