“Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und Georgia eine tolle Gastgeberin! Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach ein Traum und die Inneneinrichtung ist sowohl sehr geschmackvoll als auch bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist super gut durchdacht und funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir waren absolut begeistert und würden gerne immer wieder hier Urlaub machen! Danke für 11 erholsame Tage an diesem traumhaft schönen Ort!”

“Casa di George è un piccolo paradiso sulla montagna con un’atmosfera pacifica e senza tempo, come già Ikaria si presta ad essere. George è stato super disponibile con noi, ci ha anche suggerito alcuni posti e venuto in aiuto quando chiedevamo lui qualcosa e a volte anche prima che lo chiedessimo! la casa non è vicina alle zone più movimentate dell’isola, ma se scegliete questo posto stare certi che vi troverete tanto bene e che vedrete cieli stellati super limpidi, tramonti mozzafiato E vivrete...

“Hosts were very friendly and welcoming caring about our comfort. This is an old farm house that the host inherited. The host made many updates and additions still keeping the feeling of the original house. There are so many plus at this place: great swimming pool, inside court with bbq, 2 other terraces with great views, laundry machine, outside shower for swimming pool, updated bathroom, full big kitchen, decorated as personal home, very large home and private. Steps from heart of the village...

“Having read all the reviews we were really looking forward to our stay, Villa Imperia didn’t disappoint! The Villa has the most spectacular view in all of Crete, what a way to wake up every morning. A stroll down the (steep) driveway and you’re at Plaka Beach. A lovely flat stone beach with plenty of Sun loungers and a regular cafe service, so you don’t have to move a muscle other than slipping into the beautiful sea. Lunch at the Spinalonga Tavern is essential!! The Villa is a 10 minute drive...

“We had an amazing time in this beautiful villa. The only downside was that the beds were way too hard for our liking. Location is a little far out but we had Adam as our taxi driver and he was the very best. We would definitely return as Zante has stolen my heart.”

“Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Haus und Grundstück haben alles was man braucht um sich zu erholen. Nur in der Küche würde man sich das eine oder andere Utensil mehr wünschen. Im Garten gibt es Oliven, Wein, Birnen, Feigen, Zitronen und Granatäpfel. Wenn man zur richtigen Zeit da ist, kann man reife Früchte ernten. Das Haus liegt etwas im Hinterland. Man braucht also ein Auto. Dann kann man aber problemlos seine Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen machen.”

“The property was just right for us. The drive up the mountain is not for the weak of heart though as most of the climb is on steep and narrow roads. That said, most folks take it slow and work together to get where they need to go safely. The view was stunning and the atmosphere relaxing. Pool was key. We did not stay long enough to use the grill or pizza oven but it was fun to have. ”
