“This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel.”

We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. Inside the home, although it’s quite small, it was sufficient for one person and very clean, which I greatly appreciated. The fob card stopped working consistently and as it turns out there was a leak directly on the wall above it. While I was trying to collect myself to travel on the last day 5+ men who were there to inspect the building came and I had to allow them entry into the room while they worked. There was apparently severe moisture ssues and electrical problems in one area of the unit and...
