Situated on the 5th floor, the condo's prime location and direct ocean-facing position provide outstanding views. Enjoy fantastic communal amenities like the refreshing ground-level pool, a rooftop lounge area with a pool, a well-equipped fitness center, a snack bar, a restaurant, outdoor dining tables, ping pong tables, and a gorgeous beach, plus the convenience of concierge services.



The main highlights of the condo:



The SITTING AREA features a comfy sofa and a Smart TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY. Step outside and relax on one of two sun loungers or enjoy your morning coffee at the table while gazing at the ocean just past the view of the pool.



The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up.



For sit-down meals or working on your laptop, there’s a DINING TABLE and a BREAKFAST BAR.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and all the condo's amenities, such us beach access, pools, restaurant and more.

Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.



Getting Around:

The Marítima Playa Flamingos complex is APPROXIMATELY 15.9 km | 9.9 from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the base rate is for 4 guests, the 5th and 6th guests have an extra fee per night.

As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 50kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.

Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.

Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
