âClose to everything and plenty of perks with free snacks in room and lounge. Rooftop terrace has amazing views and a great spot to relax. The free drinks and appetizers from 4-5 is also a great perk. The day we were there we were so busy touring the town we missed lunch, the free bacon wrapped chicken bites hit the spot. Additionally the free breakfast was fantastic, far above what youâll get at a normal continental breakfast. First day we were there it was eggs Benedict. â
âHarborView Inn is a small hotel with the best of hospitality and services. Must mention the wine tasting every day! And smack in the middle of the vibrating atmosphere in the Historical district of Charleston. A perfect stay!â

It was like being welcomed into someoneâs home - but better! âAndrew Pinckney Inn is a wonderful and charming hotel centrally located in beautiful Charleston. The only thing that dragged our experience down was the sleeping-coach, which was ready to be changed. It was really horrible to sleep on. Beside this, the hotel was so lovely with a great breakfast in a charming top floor. To our surprise, they even had an afternoon-hour of complementary wine and cheese. Unfortunately it was a quite early in the afternoon, so we did not make it back to it in time....
âWe loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is âfreeâ offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I...
âTo charge 8 dollars for a bottle of water in the room when you pay 550 dollars a night is just so unattractive. Furtheron, also there was a note saying enjoy the bath amenities like cotton pads during your stay - if you bring some home there will be a charge! â

âHad a great stay. Excellent location in the Historic district. My friend and I got a clean, spacious big corner room with lots of light and the Inn was homey and nicely decorated. They serve a comtinental breakfast in the room, which helped us get a good start before exploring Charleston. Every afternoon they also offered cheese and wine in their sister property in the building next door. Highly recommended!â
