“The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“Overall a good place for 1 night for a reasonable price! We arrived late from Europe and needed a place to sleep before continuing our journey. We were a bit hungry and there was nothing to eat. We did understand that the kitchen was gonna be closed, but some snacks would have been nice to be able to have, for example crisps or nuts. “Vi har rest en hel del genom åren, men detta var utan tvekan vår bästa hotellupplevelse hittills. Fantastisk personal och från första stunden vi klev in på hotellet kände vi oss så omhändertagna och välkomna. Otroligt bra all inclusive och roliga aktiviteter som anordnas dagligen för både vuxna och bra. Vår son blev sjuk under resan och hotellet kunde anordna att såväl läkare kom till hotellet och att mediciner budades över från apoteket inom 20 minuter. Helt otrolig service! Vi längtar efter...
