“I booked the hotel from the airport at 9:50 pm. Then arrived 30 minutes later. The office was closed when I arrived at 10:20 pm leaving me stranded. The next day I tried to get a refund when they reopened but it seems to be a scam and no refund was provided. Policy says this: “The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - midnight.” This is a lie. Don’t book here!! ”
