âThis is the perfect property to get away from the crowds and enjoy some rest and relaxation. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. The amenities are five star! I got such and amazing massage and the staff is amazing. I will absolutely book again. â

âThe property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. There are a handful of dining options and they were all delicious. We didn't have one dish we didn't like and I am quite the food connoisseur. The price really is unbeatable for the value. â

âThe resort was beautiful! Its about a 20 minute ride from the Cancun airport which isnt bad but its secluded! So if your looking be near clubs i wouldnt recommend! The rooms are amazing showers in the middle of the room and jacuzzi tubs on the balconys!
The food was okay! Drinks amazing and the service!
They also offer swim out rooms! The hibachi restaurant was the best, but thats the only restaurant you have to make reservations for! All in all definitely a 10/10 stay! And you have access to...

âAmazing resort! Plenty of dining options. The staff were all more than friendly. Angel with the activities team was great! So fun and friendly. Charley Boy, the bartender on the beach was so attentive and always knew just what to bring us. There were so many others that made our experience awesome. There was always something to do during the day and entertainment at night. No reason for anyone to be bored here. We canât wait to start planning our next trip here. â

âA great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy.
The food was ok in the mexican and italian restaurants (according to our tastes), however it was really good in the steak house and the buffet restaurant.
Note: the steak house requires prebooking.
We missed a bit more greens and veggies in the evening snack bar.
One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean)...

âWe stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

âThe hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

âWe had an amazing trip , Angelina 28 apartments super comfortable the personal is super friendly,it's a property by the ocean to me lock great is hard to keep everything spotless since sand and some guest did not pick up after them selfs but over all was a great experience, my kids get to see some wild life iguanas, turtles and other animals the live there ,we stay 5 nights the first three the ocean didn't lock so good little sargazo on it but the last 2 night the ocean clear out and we had some...

"A great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy.

One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean) and that it didn't have the amazing turquoise water (as in the Hotel Zone).
Other than that it was an amazing experience, mainly because of the staff in the entire resort. They always succeeded in answering an questions or requests.
One thing we really appreciated was that it was possible to use ALL of the facilities even after check out since our return flight was late in the evening. And on this note have to give extra kudos on the hospitality room which is basically a fully equipped place to shower after check out."
