âexcellent staff. clean room. delicious food and drinks. would come again. only thing is that the bars closed too early. it could be off peak season so hours are different. the buffet isnt open all day like other resorts. the best part was that they had their own brewery onsite!â

âVi har rest en hel del genom Ă„ren, men detta var utan tvekan vĂ„r bĂ€sta hotellupplevelse hittills. Fantastisk personal och frĂ„n första stunden vi klev in pĂ„ hotellet kĂ€nde vi oss sĂ„ omhĂ€ndertagna och vĂ€lkomna. Otroligt bra all inclusive och roliga aktiviteter som anordnas dagligen för bĂ„de vuxna och bra. VĂ„r son blev sjuk under resan och hotellet kunde anordna att sĂ„vĂ€l lĂ€kare kom till hotellet och att mediciner budades över frĂ„n apoteket inom 20 minuter. Helt otrolig service! âA great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy.
The food was ok in the mexican and italian restaurants (according to our tastes), however it was really good in the steak house and the buffet restaurant.
Note: the steak house requires prebooking.
We missed a bit more greens and veggies in the evening snack bar.
One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean)...

âFuimos a Celebrar los 15 de Nuestra Niña y la verdad Nos encanto. Todo el staff se encargo de que ella tuviera un exelente cumpleaños. El hotel muy bueno Al Igual todo lo que incluye. A pesar de estar en Remodelacion para el mejoramiento Y Comodidad para nosotros los Huespedes esta muy bueno todo. Todo el equipo De trabajadores saben manejar bien la Situacion para que Eso no Sea Inconveniente Ninguno. La verdad lo recomiendo muchisimo. Saludos a Nuestro amigo Marcelo que es una Excelente...

Lo Ășnico fue que estaba muy sucia el ĂĄrea de cocina, les falta poner un poco mĂĄs de atenciĂłn a esta parte, porque es un buen hotel!â

âThe hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

âThe hotel was a short drive from the airport. I loved the nature paths to the rooms, as well as the big pool with enough space for everyone. The resort never felt crowded. The food options were great. Despite being an all-inclusive, the drinks were actually good. Also very family friendly! â

"A great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy.
The food was ok in the mexican and italian restaurants (according to our tastes), however it was really good in the steak house and the buffet restaurant.
Note: the steak house requires prebooking.
We missed a bit more greens and veggies in the evening snack bar.
One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean) and that it didn't have the amazing turquoise water (as in the Hotel Zone).
Other than that it was an amazing experience, mainly because of the staff in the entire resort. They always succeeded in answering an questions or requests.
One thing we really appreciated was that it was possible to use ALL of the facilities even after check out since our return flight was late in the evening. And on this note have to give extra kudos on the hospitality room which is basically a fully equipped place to shower after check out."
