For versatility, the third bedroom features a unique double futon with a twin bunk above, ideal for additional guests or children.

Other Things to Note:
ⶠTo avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
ⶠThis home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
ⶠUnregistered guests are not permitted. Ensuring the safety and privacy of our property and neighbors is a priority.
ⶠNo parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
ⶠNo smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
ⶠCheck-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
ⶠDuring check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
ⶠPlease note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
ⶠTrash should be placed in the trashcans located in the driveway. Trash bags should be sealed to prevent spillage and odors. Please follow local trash collection schedules and guidelines to maintain cleanliness and compliance with community standards.
ⶠDo not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
