Scheldo the Bear a good friend of all children can regularly be seen entertaining the children! Fun activities such as film / YouTube night, a dance workshop, chilling on the dike or just playing a game of football and enjoy the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the early and late season and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. during school holidays and public holidays (except autumn holidays). On arrival at the campsite, please report to reception. The barrier will open automatically once you have given the car's registration number. Reception will give you the number of the accommodation. Please bring bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc. yourself. 6 x single duvets and pillows are provided as standard. High chair is standard in the accommodation. Please bring camping bed yourself. Not present: Spices, salt, pepper, cleaning products, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. Pets are allowed on the beach. The accommodation is located on a campsite. Final cleaning is done for you. Comfortcamping Scheldeoord is located in a quiet area listed as a National Landscape about 2 km from the village of Baarland behind the dike with sandy beach and sea of the Westerschelde. The many characteristic dykes make for lovely walking and cycling. The sea dyke and the Scheldt beach right next to the campsite are an oasis of holiday fun. Fish, fly kites, sunbathe, play, watch large sea ships, kite surf, walk and cycle. You might even spot a seal on a sandbank at low tide! A day out? Take a ride on the Goes-Borsele steam train, visit the Tropical Zoo in Kwadendamme, discover the world of Neeltje Jans or go to one of Zeeland's many museums. Lovely places in Zeeland are Middelburg, Zierikzee, Goes and Veere, Vlissingen or Yerseke. A day trip to Belgium: cities such as Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp are within easy reach. Zeeland is beautiful! Lovely place for outings, walking or cycling. There is a Coop supermarket in 's Gravenpolder. The campsite has a well-stocked supermarket with excellent prices. If you want to swim in our indoor and outdoor swimming pool, you can enter quickly and easily by means of facial recognition.

What do you need to do?
1. go to 'my Scheldeoord', You will receive this login in your mailbox one day before arrival. Log in and make sure that under 'my details' and 'travel party' your complete travel party is entered.
2. take a selfie of each person in the travel party and upload it by clicking on the pencil behind the relevant
person, click on the pencil icon. Add the selfie, clicking 'preview' first and then 'save'.
Make sure it is a clear selfie, showing your whole face!
3. when the above has been done, at the indoor and outdoor pool, all you have to do is look into the camera
at the entrance gate and you can go in! No more loose tickets that can be forgotten
but direct and fast access!
