Terrible condition
The house was completely filthy. It reeked of marijuana the entire time (overnight). Contacted property manager/owner and the excuse given for the state of the place was that there was an unauthorized party the night before, but they did their best. Gum on the floor, floors sticky, urine on the toilet, microwave filthy, vents and ceiling fans filthy with dust. Carpet in the one bedroom still contained hair pins and nail tips…. Even a bottle of tea, still sitting on the living room couch. Very questionable. There were 5 hours between check out and check in. Lastly, parking at this place was absolutely ludicrous, and even after finally finding a seemingly ok spot, I was still ticketed, still not sure why.parking ticket to the tune of $102!

Severe Lack of Communication -
Bit of a long review - I made a reservation late on July 30. We found out my grand daughter had an infection that sent her into hospital at 3AM, July 31. I immediatly sent a message to property owner to request a refund if possible. They didn’t respond that next day. I asked VRBO if they could help me to contact the host. They tried calling, they sent email, they then said I should call the host. I tried calling left voicemails. Finally, they left a message in the VRBO chat saying that VRBO had to issue the refund. I responded to the host as I could not locate a refund policy that was clear. I told them VRBO doesn’t issue refunds and they would need to. VRBO help also said it wasn’t clear as it had dates that preceded my setting the reservation. They said the goat would need to update their policy. Each day I tried to contact host to find a resolution, anything. Several calls, voicemails, VRBO sending emails, trying to get a 3-way call - I asked if we could simply reschedule as VRBO said my trip was eligible for rescheduling, so I put through the request. The request was sent for host to approve. No response. When I finally got a response the host said while they will not update the policy they’d agree to the rescheduling of VRBO asked them. I got in touch with VRBO- they tried emailing, calling (etc etc). In the end the host simply allowed the time to run out. They could have simply talked to me delisted the place right away and we would have booked a later date. GHOSTED.

Dirty and in disrepair
My wife and I stayed 6/22-6/26. The property was VERY dirty. Everything in the house was sticky, there were clumps of pubic hair on the bathroom floors, hair stuck to the walls, visible dirt on the floors, countertops, and walls. Bed linens were not clean, they had stains on them and visible hairs in the beds. The host would not replay to messages at check-in, so we purchased cleaning supplies and scrubbed the areas we planned to use. Eventually the host replied, argued with me about the cleaning, and provided zero solutions. Said 'they did the best they could.' Host advised me to stop bothering him, said I should go outside and find something to do instead of worrying about the condition of the home. There are also a number of safety issues in the house - broken electrical outlets with exposed wires, no handrails on the EXTREMELY steep stairs, and chipping paint throughout the home. Furniture all stained, wobbly and mis-matched. Would not recommend the property to anyone.

Great location for Ravens/Orioles game
Very close to the stadiums and restaurants. Very cute place with upgrades. Does have some damaged areas around the house so a long stay would probably be frustrating but we only stayed one night.

Quiet and relaxing
I needed a break. The hot tub was just what the Dr. ordered. The area was quiet. Overall a nice place. Glad I stayed. Marquice answered all questions promptly.

Great place!
This place has everything! A backyard area (with a hot tub & grilling location), cute & clean kitchen, 2 nice sized bedrooms, a living room, washer & dryer- and it's walkable to the center of town! The owner made sure to leave out freshly washed & folded towels and the bedding was also nice & clean (as well as the bathroom).
