“Close to the South station and Cantillon so I was satisfied with the location. Clean rooms and the only negative with my visit was because of another guest in the same dorm. But I guess that's always a risk when sharing rooms.”

“The location is fantastic. Tram is very close. 2min walk. Very fun concept of staying in a train. Staff lovely. The negatives were dragging suitcases up three very long staircases. Also we were in C31 which was supposed to sleep 2 people. No working ladder to the top berth. Bottom bed would maybe sleep two 8 year old kids. Not two adults. Should not be considered a double room. Had to sleep feet to head so that we could fit. If trying to sleep an adult this should be a single room. ...

“I stayed at the Brussels Hello Hostel for about a week while I was searching for a more permanent accommodation in Belgium. A regard the hostel to be at an average level, but a bit expensive compared to its standard and cleanliness. During the week I stayed there, my dormitory room was only swept once. The toilets and showers were cleaned on a somewhat daily basis, but giving the number of guests, two or three times a day would have been more suitable.”

“Hemskt hostel. Väldigt ofräscha badrum och kändes överhuvudtaget inte rent. Dessutom bodde det väldigt otrevliga killar där som inte lät mig och min kompis vara när vi skulle laga mat. Vi bestämde oss för att boka ett annat boende samma kväll och stannade inte en natt på detta boende då vi var rädda.”
