Both double bedrooms are generously sized, featuring ample storage, large windows, and comfortable beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. The apartment also includes two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and bath, as well as complimentary toiletries and plush towels for your convenience. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking).

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
