“Very clean and many smart devices. Host was terrific and even helped us get settled in. Quiet and peaceful. Breaks state park is close by for recreation and Flannagan reservoir looks nice but didn't get a chance to get out on the water there. Thank you! Also renting ATVs to ride was fun. ”

“Great stay for us. In town for UPIKE vs Point University football game. The hotel is situated in the center of town and has a great walkable area around it. Clean, quiet and well kept. Indoor pool was open, heated and clean. Breakfast was good when compared to most hotel breakfast spreads. Would absolutely stay again if we need to visit Pikeville in the future.”

“Easily accessible location in a quiet area. Location looks just like the pictures. Hosts were very friendly and available if we had any questions. Location had everything you would need. Great central location if you enjoy the history of the Hatfield/McCoy feud or are looking to ride the trails. We spent a day driving around site seeing the family history for one of us and the evening we were in Williamson for an event. We even were able to enjoy the firework display Carlos, and his family...
