The lodge itself is great but this property is NOT. Horrible customer service. Had several issues, which basically all I got was insults and the old not our problem response.This is not a VBRO quality place.

We had yo cancel this reservation do to the favt there was no onsite parking. When we made the reservation we did not see a the end of a very long description that is said there was no parking. We call to cancel because my husband that was 70 years old and walking from the condo to the possible parking lots were blocks away and oh by the way overnight parking is over a mile away. Not a good thing

Let’s start on a positive note—because my mother taught me to say something nice before unleashing the rest. The location of this property is chef’s kiss. You can stroll to pretty much everything worth seeing, and if you’re not in the mood to rack up 12,000 steps on your Fitbit, the free bus service practically chauffeurs you from the front door.The room itself? Small but clean—like “adorable shoebox” small. Perfect for two people, maybe three if you’re into synchronized breathing. Families, don’t even think about it unless you enjoy living in a real-life game of human Tetris. There’s a coffee maker but no coffee, and only one coffee mug. Translation: if you’re traveling as a couple, you’ll either have to share… or fight for it Hunger Games–style.Now, buckle up for the “plot twist” at check-in. Turns out the property owner has a parking pass for the on-site garage… but they keep it for themselves like Gollum hoarding the One Ring. You? You get to embark on your very own parking quest. Your options are a 35-minute walk from the airport road parking or a 25-minute walk from the ice rink lot. Sure, you can hop a bus, but that’s still a 20–25 minute commitment each way. Translation: once you park, you’ll see your car about as often as you see Halley’s Comet.Yes, it’s in the fine print that there’s “no parking,” so shame on me for not reading it more closely—but come on. In what universe is it okay to rent out a property with on-site parking available and then not let guests

I have requested a refund. We could not get in our room, the key would not work. We heard voices in our room. We began texting, calling, and using the chat to contact the host- Vacasa. As we were doing this a man who was in our room opened the door. He said he was in the adjoining room. We entered the room and it took 2 of us to close the warped adjoining door. We were very uncomfortable with the thought of someone being in our room. Over 2 hours later we did get a key to our room. I received a kind apology message stating I would be refunded. After checkout time I have still not received a refund.

Key Cards stopped working on second day of stay

Key Cards stopped working on second day of stay. Normally would not be an issue but front desk is located a mile away. Had to find transportation to the front desk at 10pm at night to replace both our keycards. No explanation of what happened could be provided (wasn’t a cell phone demagnetizing the cards, they were on two different people’s person). Front desk was also not sympathetic to our frustrations of having to travel to the front desk late at night to solve an issue caused by their management.

It was a mess

The room had no working outlets. It was 100 degrees in the room no matter what you did to the thermostat. You had to check in At a different building, which I was not told. You had to go through the front desk at the check in office to get towels or anything instead of the front desk at the hotel, despite being told it would be like a regular hotel stay. Then you had to make a reservation to use the amenities which was also not communicated while checking in, so we could not use the hot tub or anything.
