“We had a very nice stay at the Sandpiper Cottage. The host was very easy to communicate with and very sweet, and makes a delightful breakfast! Cute cottage, beautiful lake community and a fun atmosphere at Castaway Craigs! We enjoyed kayaking around the lake. Cant wait for our return.”

“We got to the beach, fished, played mini golf, climbed the lighthouse stairs and visited the museum. Really enjoyed our time in Fairport, the beach is great, the house had everything we needed, very clean, the park-like backyard was relaxing and truly enjoyable.”

“Our 2 families with 5 teenagers loved this cozy cottage! It was the perfect central location as we spent a long weekend hiking and disc golfing around Ohio. The back yard and patio would have been perfect if it were a little warmer! Just what we needed!”

“The house and the area were exactly as described. The owners were well organized and had perhaps the very best property guide book that I have ever seen. We knew exactly what to look for and how to use everything. Really great place and we look forward to staying again in the future”

“The place was as shown in the listing. But the bedroom layout was such that there were no side tables or small lamps. Made it hard to read or have a place for your glasses or phone. We were not able to log in to WiFi as the provided password did not work for us. There were two TVs but you needed to bring your own streaming sign in and passwords to watch anything.”

“From beginning to the end, my stay was fabulous. This was my first experience and as a woman traveling alone (70) I didn’t know what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised. Like being at home. I felt safe and secure and I will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“It was a great time with family! The backyard was such a peaceful oasis. Two of the bedrooms were quite small but they did a good job of making use of the space they had to work with. A lot of time was spent on the chairs at the front porch. Will definitely consider going again!”

“Very nice property with all the amenities. Close proximity to the lake. We hope to return in warmer weather and take advantage of the water and recreational activities. Christine made sure to have a waiver available however we decided not to use canoe or bikes. Clean cozy cottage”

“We arranged a 2 night stay for me and spouse. Friends joined us to view the eclipse. Jose our host greeted us on arrival and gave us a brief tour. The property was spotless and well appointed. There was ample parking and amenities. I would love to revisit. Did I mention the view and sunset Spectacular”
