Awful!
Everything was awful about this stay. Firstly, we informed the property owner, Jana, that we would be arriving late at night and she said that she would answer her phone and let us into the property. This was a lie. We drove around for 3 hours while Jana did not answer any phone call or text. Finally she sent someone to help us and after another hour we were able to go inside of the vrbo. This is where things got worse. Me and my kids were so tired since it was now 7 in the morning and we had no sleep due to Jana's lack of response. My daughter was ready to sleep but we were STUNNED at how disgusting the rooms and bathrooms were. EVERY single bed was stained with something, had dust and hair- it was clearly unwashed. We also wanted to use to restrooms but all 3 of the showers either had a clogged drain or no warm water or both! The person there to help was no help at all either- he only offered 2 extra comforters (for a family of 5). We consistently texted Jana asking her when these problems would be solved and she said she would send a housecleaner and someone to fix the showers. TWO DAYS LATER, someone came to try to fix the showers and said he would have to return. He never returned. We decided we could not live comfortably in this vrbo and decided to leave 3 days before our stay was finished. We asked Jana for a refund for those days and it had been 3 weeks and still no refund. The property owner lacks responsibility, communication, and honesty. Would NEVER recommend this
