Perfect

We loved our stay here. Had everything we needed for a week away. Close to everything as far as groceries, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean and supplied well. The beach was quiet and nice.

A definite must stay❤️

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in this area. You are right by the ocean, right close to the launch pads, and centrally located to some great restaurants, etc. The condo is stocked (shampoo, conditioner and body wash and in dispensers in the tub/showers), several tools of toilet paper, a couple of rolls of paper towels, lots of kitchen stuff for those who plan of cooking). The master bed is comfy. You can sit out on the lanai and enjoy the waves as they crash on the shoreline or watch as guests enjoy the heated pool. And you can go down and take a swim in the pool or just lay out beside it and sunbathe. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. And we found the guests staying in these condos very friendly also. You have access to one assigned parking spot. If you are in this area, consider this place. It’s also reasonably priced❤️

Great!

Nice, comfortable stay. Perfect size for a family of four. The location couldn't be better as it is right on the beach. Only downside was that only one elevator was going. Having a washer and dryer was also a much-appreciated bonus!

Cocoa Beach Spring Break

The condo was very clean and spacious, and we had a great view of the pool & the ocean! Finding a heated pool was hard to come by, but made all the difference in our children enjoying themselves - very refreshing! Enjoyed the security of the place - felt very comfortable and safe. Would love to come back!

Best ocean view

Just the ocean view alone is amazing! It's Close to major attractions, the city is very calm and relaxing, a lot of friendly faces. The place is also equipped with everything you need for a long vacation, which makes packing for it easier!

Clean and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The communication with Kelsy was great. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to reply. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was convenient to town but not right in the middle. There was some concrete restoration during our stay. It was a little loud at times, but only during the day. The only negative that I would have was the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable

The condo needs some updates . The couch needs replaced now. The dryer squeaked the entire time it was in use. It does not have a vent so the self vent needs ice-Cubs so it does not steam the entire bathroom and master bedroom. The ice maker doesn’t make a lot of ice so that was inconvenient for the non vent dryer. The property manager said she could setup a time to have a repair person to come service the dryer Squeaky dryer but we needed to be there during that time. She was super nice and quick with any concerns we had but we didn’t want to wait for a repair person when we are on vacation. We were there for 10 days so laundry needed to be done . There was not a lot of towels so those towels also needed to be washed. The blankets were not the best quality . The toaster worked half the time. It was just a lot of little things that previous condos we have stayed in we did not have to worry about. The view of the ocean and the property manager were great!

There are many things to love here. The beach is right outside and visible from the deck. The sun comes up and hits the deck in the am which makes it great for coffee in the am. We loved walking on the beach and watching the routine of the ladies swimming laps in the pool each morning and the fisherman walking to the beach daily to get their catch. The place needs a bit of TLC.....walls need painted and new couches are a must. The management company was quick to respond to some items and fix them...clogged toilet and internet problem. Liked having free onsite parking and a key was needed for the elevator for security. Would have been nice if there was a wagon or cart for bringing in groceries to the place. Beach chairs and cooler were good. We had a nice time.

Great stay for the cost

Overall a great property and a great condo! Some updates and general maintenance items could be improved but other than that, a great deal for the cost. Was nice to have some beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. And the location is wonderful, it's so nice having beach access right there. We would stay here again for sure!

Nice place! super convenient to the beach and beautiful views

This was an ideal place to be on the beach with beautiful water views from the balcony. The unit was well maintained and although we had a couple of issues, the property manager was on it right away. The bed was comfortable and it was spacious with a good sized kitchen and two bedrooms. For the money it was a good deal. The living room furniture is a little worn out because you sink into it awfully far. The process for getting the key is a little bit inconvenient because you have to go to get the key from a different location with a lock box and take the key back to the spot. Those were the only two small items I wished were different. ON the other hand, the unit was really well equipped with beach equipment and kitchen stuff that is not typical. We would stay there again.

Great stay in a great location

Property is well situated. The grounds are beautifully kept. The pool was perfection and the beach wonderfully clean. The condo was great at everything you could need. I did purchase some plastic cups for kids and left them for you. You could also use a small table on both sides of bed in kids room. But those are such minor things. The walls need a bit of attention but that is knot picking. Everything was magical!!! We won’t be back to Florida any time soon but if we had plans we would definitely look up this property! The checking out process is a little cryptic. I generally swept and put all the towels in the washer for housekeeping to start. Didn’t know if I should strip the beds. There is a general lack of check out instructions and we didn’t want to get charged again for housekeeping... thanks again. The Flynn’s of Colorado and Maryland

Nice for the price

Condo was very clean, but it could use a little TLC. The walls are a little beat up, couch is broken down, the daybed trundle bed was missing the mattress. The condo does have the beach necessities such as cooler, boogie boards, and chairs. Kitchen had the necessities too. Pool at resort is nice and beach access has shower and water hose. Very safe and secure building with keyed elevator.

Great Location

Beautiful complex, extremely well maintained, lovely pool and grounds. Shuffleboard, putting green. Very quiet. Unit has great views of the ocean and also overlooks the port area so you can see all the huge cruise ships going in and out. Unit furnishes nice beach equipment, chairs, boogie boards, nice linens, well stocked kitchen and having a washer and dryer is a great plus. Downside: Beds are not comfortable. There is really no way someone could possibly sleep on the pull out couch. You cannot control the air conditioning so at times it was too cool and at times too warm. The unit overall could use some deep cleaning and cosmetic repairs. The instructions for off sight pick up of key to unit needs updated.

Great Vacation Much Rest and Relaxation

My wife and I stayed at the condo for a week of rest and relaxation. Checking in was a breeze and the unit was very clean upon our arrival. The condo had everything that we needed for preparing meals, washing clothes and enjoying a day at the beach. Also, the decorations are very nice and at times we forgot we were staying at a rental. We really loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening sipping beverages and listening to the waves. We have stayed at Canaveral Towers many times before and the complex is always clean and attended to. The pool is very nice along with a short walk to the beach. We hope that sometime in the near future to return.

Quiet and relaxing

We stayed here the week before Memorial Day, and we really enjoyed it. This was our second stay in this building, but first time in this unit. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. Ocean view and you can see the Cocoa Beach Pier in the distance. The thing I appreciated the most were the quiet nights. There was nobody yelling or partying, so you can open up the windows at night and fall asleep to the ocean waves. At least that was my experience, anyway. I'll definitely consider coming back to this unit in the future.
