The apartment is located in an equidistant position between one of the most beautiful and well-served beaches of Capoliveri, the Lido, and the particular cove of Calanchiole. Located a quarter of an hour's drive from the most beautiful locations, Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro. It is 10 minutes from the center of Capoliveri. If necessary, you can also use the bus with a stop 150 meters away. It is also the ideal location for lovers of nature and tranquility, being immersed in the greenery of a large garden with centuries-old pine trees, and being close to various coves that maintain the charm of authentic Elba: 2 km Felciaio, 3 km Zuccale and Barabarca.

Important Notes:
- Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium-sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30, to be confirmed in advance at the time of booking
- deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
