I reached out to the owner 3 times , left messages, and no call back. There were no keys in the house for other services to use. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.”

Location was great in Championsgate area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and all. Was about 15-20 min from Disney and 35 min to Legoland for us. We will definitely be back!”

“Mark was a fantastic host. Quick replies and eager to offer help. The Tuscana Resort is awesome. You could spend the entire week poolside, relaxing. Or, it’s a quick drive to the Disney parks, beaches and gator tours. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. And Mark was great at letting us know what to pack or pick up at a store 1 mile away. My husband and I enjoyed our walk from the unit to the pool each day, however my son thought it was a bit of a hike. Coffees on...

“The condo was great. Very comfortable with adequate supplies and good appliances. The unit was lovely. Our only critiques were with the common spaces managed by the complex. For example, the elevator was nonfunctional so had to walk up the 4th floor each day—was only annoying with our luggage. Pool was nice but pool restaurant very limited. Gym a/c not working. But the condo itself was perfect with upscale decor and comfy furniture—I would stay there again.”

“Our stay was very nice!! The property was exactly if not better then what I expected. The pool was warm and refreshing after a long day of walking the parks all day. As previous reviews stated there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, one roll of paper towel and 2 pods for the dishwasher, all of which we could have used more of for a family of 6, but made due and picked up some stuff. It is possible if i asked for more we would have been given more, but I didn't call to ask....

“The place was very quiet and clean and that’s what we were looking forward to on our vacation. The pool was beautiful although my kids didn’t get to enjoy it because our schedule were already so busy during our stay but it was beautiful. The screen balcony was a plus to us because we have young children. The only thing that was difficult was the checking in and checking out. But we had a great property manager and he communicated very well with us so that was great. My kids were not very happy...

“Family had a wonderful vacation. Listing is very accurate. Had a minor problem with the refrigerator. They sent someone within an hour. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more forks and a some big bowls. Otherwise they have everything you need. Would definitely book this home again! We had 14 people plenty of room for everyone.”
