'Neria Villas Collection' is comprised of 3 detached villas (Villa
Neria, Villa Stratos and Villa Konstantina) situated within private
grounds. Guests have exclusive access to 3 private swimming pools,
making it an ideal retreat for large groups who wish to stay together.
With a total capacity to accommodate up to 19 guests, these detached
villas offer the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a
memorable vacation.

Living Room
The living room in each villa Features a ornamental fireplace, dining
area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, offering guests the
opportunity to relax and soak up the sun's rays in comfort and style,
while enjoying stunning garden sea views.

Kitchen
Each villa is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a
toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Neria Villas Collection has 9 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 5 is air-conditioned with a double bed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
