Built in 1985 and remodeled in 2023, the open floor plan of this 4-bedroom home is enhanced by gorgeous white oak flooring and professional interior design. The home features a state-of-the-art kitchen with top-of-the-line custom cabinetry, Thermador(R) appliances, weathered Quartzite(R) countertops, and custom tile work. A pillar flanked sunroom with skylights and bank of windows perfectly frames westerly views of the water. The living room is adjacent and features more cozy seating with a TV over the fireplace. Additionally on the second level, another loft area greets you at the landing with views of Crow's Pond. There is a second bedroom up here with a King bed and an exceptionally appointed full bathroom. There is also a bedroom on the lower level with two twin-over-full bunk beds. There is a full bathroom on this level as well.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $245.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
