Summary:
Enjoy a comfortable stay in 'The Wicked', our centrally located 2BR apartment, offering stunning views of the Chicago skyline from your private balcony. You'll be just a short walk from the Magnificent Mile and other top attractions.

The Space:
The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a private bathroom with a walking closet. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with a closet and a conveniently located hall bathroom. The spacious living area, filled with natural light, features a Sonos sound system.

We enhance your mornings with Nespresso coffee from our fully equipped kitchen and ensure a restful sleep with complimentary earplugs and an eye mask. A single rollaway bed is available in the unit for an additional guest, and a Pack & Play can be arranged upon request.

The building also offers exceptional amenities, including:

- Sundeck with an outdoor pool, private cabanas, and outdoor grilling stations with panoramic views of the Chicago skyline
- Social club with gaming center, large island and bar seating
- 2,600 square foot health club with with Matrix cardio and strength training equipment with individual TV screens

The Neighborhood:
The Gold Coast in Chicago is the wealthiest neighborhood in the city and one of the most affluent in the U.S. In close proximity to the downtown area, the Gold Coast is a neighborhood with historical charm, beautiful pathways and delightful architecture.

Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $1000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Kindly review our house rules before booking.

- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night, but spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!

- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.

The building is new and in a quiet, yet a great location -- easy access to the Loop, Old Town, Mag Mile and River North. The apartment is immaculate and the views are incredible. The balcony is comfortable to have a meal or to work on a laptop outside. The bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen has lots of plates, cuts, cutlery, pots, pans...etc. The building's roof deck has a pool and long tables in the shade as well as gas grills for communal use. On the weekdays many residents sat at the pool with laptops and comfortably worked as it was quiet enough to do so. There is also gym and several lounges in the building. You can walk to restaurants and shops and delivery is fast an easy. Our host was helpful and responsive and check-in and check-out was a breeze.
