I recently stayed at this property, and while the check-in process was smooth and easy, our stay was overshadowed by an ongoing issue with termites in one of the bathrooms. Upon arrival, we found termites in the bathtub and immediately informed the property manager.
They sent someone to clean the next day, explaining that the house had been recently sprayed for bugs, which might be causing the termites to surface. However, after returning from our event, we noticed the termites were back. We reported it again, and while the property manager sent someone to clean once more, this became a daily occurrence during our stay, rendering the bathroom unusable.
One of our guests was so uncomfortable with the situation that they chose to leave and find other accommodations. Due to this major inconvenience, I requested a refund to cover the cost of reimbursing the guest who left. I was only given $100 and have since been met with a lack of responsiveness in resolving the issue.
While the house had potential, the recurring termite problem and inadequate handling of the situation greatly impacted our experience. Please be aware.
